Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to Return an Item:

Item(s) purchased through Aeroworks may be returned within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt.  Your item must be in original packaging, new, unused and undamaged condition for and exchange or refund.  No exchange or refund will be given on used, modified or damaged items.  Installing radio parts in a model, cutting out cowlings or balsa in kits, mounting and/or running fuel through a model engine or discarding the packing materials constitutes used merchandise and is ineligible for refunds or exchanges. We are unable to reimburse for return shipping cost.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Aeroworks will issue a refund check for an order paid by check or money order.  If the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your card account.  We will only credit the original credit card used on the order.  If you no longer have that credit card, you will need to contact the issuing bank to work out arrangement.  Purchases made with a store credit or Aeroworks Gift Card will be refunded as store credit.


Item(s) may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with prior approval for a like item.  Item(s) must be in new, unused and undamaged condition and with all original packaging. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay return shipping.  Aeroworks reserves the right to refuse an item for exchange without prior approval.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Aeroworks, Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return, refund or exchange of merchandise at anytime for any reason.
